The Career Service Council is pleased to announce that the February Traditions of Excellence awardee is Kristy Engle. Kristy started at Tech on November 1, 1999, as a Secretary in Business and Administration. She transferred to her current position as Payroll Assistant in Human Resources in April 2000.
Her nominator(s) said “Although Kristy has been in Human Resources for a short time, she has certainly exhibited great concern for our students. She has gone out of her way on several occasions to ensure that a student receives a paycheck - sometimes against almost insurmountable odds. This kind of devotion shows that Kristy truly places great emphasis on what is fair and right".
