As a result of their experience at SDSM&T,
our students will:
· possess a better understanding of how the foundations of Western Civilization
have impacted our culture and an openness to understanding the points of view of
other cultures.
· better understand global issues and the increasingly interdependent nature of
the world (environmentally, culturally, economically, politically, socially and
the function of information technologies) for their professional and personal
lives
