Accessible through the Student Menu on WebAdvisor, a new registration confirmation form is replacing the old "IamHere" survey. The MANDATORY Registration Confirmation is ongoing beginning early August through midnight on Thursday, September 10th. This registration confirmation process consists of four steps and you must complete all four steps:

  • Step 1: Registration Confirmation - This form asks you to confirm or cancel your attendance. If you cancel your attendance, you are given a second chance to confirm that you really intended to cancel your registration. If you confirm your attendance, you must go to Step 2.
  • Step 2: Arrangements for Payment of Your Bill - This step consists of several forms.
    • The first form collects ethnicity/race information for SDSM&T's federal reporting requirements.
    • The second form allows you to indicate how you intend to pay for your charges.
    • The third form allows you to choose how you would like refunds delivered to you.
    • The fourth form is informational only. It tells you about direct deposit.
  • Step 3: Updating Address Information - This step also consists of several forms. The first form displays the address you currently have on file and subsequent forms allow you to add/update your address and phone information.
  • Step 4: Final Confirmation Page - If you complete this process in the affirmative, you are certifying your acceptance of financial responsibility for charges on your student account and confirming your 2009 fall registration.

  • The registration confirmation survey opens Monday, August 3 and closes at midnight on Thursday, September 10, 2009.
