While enhancing and furthering our own leadership and teamwork skills, the Leadership Development Team provides quality aid and growth to leaders by:
·Promoting student involvement;
·Being a resource for enhancing the effectiveness of student organizations; and
·Providing opportunities to develop interpersonal and team-oriented skills.
By striving for excellence within ourselves, the Leadership Development Team creates a continued and dedicated distinction of leadership both on and off campus. As a result, we establish unity, high personal merit, enthusiasm, trust, and last but not least, a team.
